Handouts & Tips

Move Deeper Into The Magic Of Water!

Handouts and Tips

Are you interested in learning more about how to exercise effectively and safely in water?

Are you looking for high quality water exercise classes?

Are you aware of the variety of water exercise programs that are available to suit your needs?

Are you interested in knowing why you are doing a specific move and how it affects your body?

The CALA quarterly newsletter, "Wavelink" includes handouts for aquafitness participants. These handouts will enhance your awareness about water exercise. All handouts are in pdf format.

CALA picture

CALA believes the theoretical part of the course is equally as important as the practical. Understanding how the body is worked during each movement is important to leading a safe session.

Note: The CALA handouts are copyright to CALA and may not be reproduced for sale or personal gain without the written permission of CALA.  They may be reproduced for distribution to your participants but must remain intact with the CALA name, address and logo appearing as it does in this document.

Handouts and Tips

Consider writing a handout to share with fellow Aquafit enthusiasts. All submissions should be sent to CALA.

All files are in pdf format.  Due to the size of the handout files, we recommend you save (download) the files to your hard drive and open them off-line.

Please report to the webmaster links that are incorrect or broken.

Market Aquafitness Brochure (word format) - this handout is a sample brochure that you can customize (modify and/or reformat) to make it facility specific. The brochure can be used to promote Aquafitness at your facility or just to answer those frequently asked questions.
