Take time to try
each movement before asking your participants to perform the
exercise.
| Important:
Currently
the video clips are in AVI format which can be viewed
in Internet Explorer (IE) using Windows Media Player
9. Other browsers and operating systems may read these
files. Please contact your technical support or
use the internet to find out if your operating system
and/or browser does support AVI format. You may need
to download additional drivers or software to view the
AVI files in your browser or operating system.
CALA
video clips will be converted to FLV (Flash Video
file) and MOV (MOVIE) format. At this time no
completion date can be provided. Please be patient
while this process takes place. It may take several
months to convert and load all files.
FLV
files
- You
can learn more about free Adobe Flash Player at http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
. Adobe also provides a link to download the
latest version of the Adobe Flash Player - scroll
down to the end of the text.
- For
additional information on viewing FLV files do a
search on the internet: "view flv files on
pc" or "view flv files on mac".
There are a number of software available to view
FLV files. Some software is free and others you
may have to purchase. You accept responsibility
for the software you choice. CALA is unable to
recommend software nor support your choice.
- A
sample CALA FLV video is available for you to test
your system. Elizabeth's full

online for both MAC and PC)
MOV
files
- To
view MOV files on a PC or MACs free download
QUICKTIME. http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
- You
will also need to make sure that your computer has
FLASH installed and turned on. This is a free
software from Adobe.
- You
may need to install a new media reader, plug-in or
driver. You may need to change browsers. Some
browsers when they update, may choose not to
support certain media file types. Some media
readers may also choose not to support some file
types. CALA is unable to provide individual
technical support for browsers, operating systems
and media viewers.
- At
this time there is no sample MOV file available
for you to use as a test.
At
this time no completion date can be provided. Please
be patient while this process takes place. It may take
several months to convert and load all files. As files
are converted and made available, an announcement will
be placed on the CALA Blog (Videos) .
The first files will not be available until late fall
