Cancel
If a candidate chooses
not to attend a course or an exam they may cancel their registration
providing the cancellation is received in writing at least two (2)
weeks prior to the published course or exam date.
Cancellation fee: $50 + GST.
For candidates who cancel
less than two (2) weeks before the course or certification
date: refunds will not be
issued; however fees can be charged towards future events upon
discretion of CALA management.
Change
Candidates
may change their scheduled course or exam registration date providing
the request for change is submitted a minimum of two(2) weeks before the
event.
