Blending several disciplines including Massage Therapy, Dance, Yoga & Somatic Techniques; Karl has developed a unique connection between movement, memory & imagery, encouraging the practice of engaging the mind through body consciousness. Teaching for over 10 years, he has developed a unique edge to his teaching. Karl is passionate about exploring these connections between the mind, body and spirit and shares this passion with his participants through energetic classes and engaging workshops.
