The workshop content
encouraged participants to discover how posture and
technique determine the effectiveness of each exercise
performed in water. Highlights included an in depth look at
how to train the core and abdominals while conditioning the
cardiovascular system. Valuable information about how to
exercise when coping with common musculoskeletal conditions
provided participants with confidence to continue to move,
in spite of limiting factors.
The workshop coordinator,
CALA Certified Leader, Wilma Weidner of Quattro Aquatic
Fitness did a great job of hosting the CALA event. Charlene
and Wilma are excited to announce plans for more workshops
with additional opportunities for personal training in the
near future.
