All other provinces continue to use the CALA Combined Foundations of Fitness Theory and Aquafitness Leadership Training Course, Part 1 & Part 2. Cardio Bells - Low Resistance (red)
The smallest rail allows for the least resistance through the water (less surface area creates less friction). Perfect for beginners, rehab patients, children, seniors or de-conditioned adults. Also ideal for sports workouts calling for fluid, smooth, quick, or continuous movements – i.e. underwater tai chi, boxing, karate, stretching, sports-specific training (jump rope, baseball, tennis)
Cross Trainers - Medium Resistance (yellow)
The medium size rail allows for a moderate level of resistance through the water. Perfect for teenagers, adults, athletes, and select physical therapy patients.
Sculptors - High Resistance (blue)
